The Consortium finished Phase I Construction in June 2012 and increased production from thousands of barrels per day (bpd) to 100,000 bpd. Meanwhile all the major works on Phase II Construction have been commenced, which will bring the capacity to 200,000 bpd, and preparation works on Phase III Construction for Plateau Production Target of above 535,000 bpd started.
